AsianWin Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and AsianWin ("AsianWin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://asianwin.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, software, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be unconditionally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

AsianWin operates under an international gaming licence granted by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is accessible to eligible players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on AsianWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. AsianWin enforces a minimum age of 21, which reflects the standard required by our international licensing authority for casino-style gaming products.
• You are registering in your own true legal name and personal capacity — not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or trust.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You are not located in, nor a citizen or resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of AsianWin or any associated affiliate entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from AsianWin or had an Account terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person when placing wagers or operating your Account.

Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held within the Account.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, AsianWin will initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. Players must submit the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photocopy or digital scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., screenshot of registered eWallet account, bank statement header).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for high-volume players, AsianWin may request evidence of the lawful source of funds deposited into the Account.

AsianWin will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Players are advised to ensure documents are legible and current. Incomplete or illegible submissions will delay the verification process. AsianWin accepts no responsibility for delays arising from a Player's failure to submit complete documentation promptly.

AsianWin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any component of the Platform.

Players agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction and the provisions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that:

• Your Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You must notify AsianWin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You consent to AsianWin recording and storing transaction histories, game logs, and communication records for audit and compliance purposes.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and AsianWin does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and technical upgrades may temporarily affect access.

AsianWin supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Supported payment methods are subject to change at AsianWin's discretion.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its cryptocurrency equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• AsianWin does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete and the Player's Account is in good standing.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the Account portal.
• Priority withdrawal processing is available to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP tier members, with most eligible withdrawals processed within fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours.
• AsianWin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests at its absolute discretion.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the withdrawal transaction. AsianWin accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

AsianWin offers various promotional bonuses and incentive programmes to eligible Players. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• All bonus offers are available exclusively to Players who have completed registration and KYC verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only, unless otherwise stated. Existing Players, re-registered Players, and Players using duplicate Accounts are not eligible.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are disclosed within each promotional offer (e.g., 10x, 35x the bonus amount).
• Minimum deposit thresholds to qualify for a bonus are specified within each offer. Deposits below the stated minimum will not activate the corresponding bonus.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate). Game contribution percentages are specified per offer.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry if wagering requirements remain unmet.
• AsianWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use.
• AsianWin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Strategies determined to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk covered betting, stake manipulation, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.

All wagers placed on AsianWin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event in addition to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly pertaining to gameplay mechanics; this Agreement shall govern all account, payment, and conduct-related matters.

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed except as provided under specific sporting event voidance rules.
• Wagers accepted in error (e.g., due to system fault, incorrect odds displayed, or manifest error) may be voided by AsianWin at its discretion, with the original stake refunded.
• Sports betting results are determined by official verified results from the relevant governing body. Unofficial or media-reported results are not binding.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session, the round is voided and all wagers are returned. AsianWin is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant win) use independently certified Random Number Generators. Published RTP values represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session returns.
• AsianWin reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, place bet restrictions, or suspend betting on specific events or markets at its absolute discretion, including for Players whose historical wagering patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.

AsianWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools available to all account holders at no cost. AsianWin strongly encourages all Players to use these tools proactively and to monitor their gaming behaviour regularly.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a pre-set playing time is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days are available without requiring Player to contact support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a formal self-exclusion request. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for a minimum of six (6) months.

Players experiencing difficulties with gambling behaviour are encouraged to seek support from independent organisations. These services are confidential and free of charge: Talian Kasih 15999 (Malaysia, general welfare helpline) and GamCare (international problem gambling support).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AsianWin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals in respect of funds already used for wagering.
• Using software robots, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any form of mechanical assistance to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches in a manner that creates an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or poker-style games to gain an improper advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment, including any commercial betting operation or syndicated wagering scheme.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing AsianWin staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

AsianWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• A Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• AsianWin reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• A Player's KYC documentation cannot be verified to AsianWin's satisfaction.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit made to the Account.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months with a zero balance.
• AsianWin is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, AsianWin will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Players may contact [email protected] to submit a formal query regarding any Account restriction.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure under all circumstances.

All content, design elements, graphics, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game mechanics, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the AsianWin Platform are the exclusive property of AsianWin or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted no rights in or to AsianWin's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use as set out in this Agreement. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of AsianWin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AsianWin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real money funds deposited into that Player's Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AsianWin expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or reputation.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruption, technical failure, or delay beyond AsianWin's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in this clause shall limit AsianWin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AsianWin holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement — including questions regarding its validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to AsianWin's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must do so in writing by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the date it arose, and the resolution sought. AsianWin will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within twenty-eight (28) business days of receipt.

Where internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under AsianWin's licensing authority. Players acknowledge that the governing law of this Agreement may differ from the law of their country of residence, and that access to domestic courts may be limited.

AsianWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via account notification or by posting a notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and notify AsianWin of your wish to close your Account.

Players are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. AsianWin recommends reviewing these Terms whenever you access the Platform to ensure you remain informed of any changes.
